Learn By Making Subliminal Recordings

By Trevor Johnson

The brain is a truly amazing organ and our understanding of how it works and how we subliminally learn is something that is always increasing.

Recently, more and more evidence is being unearthed to show that the brain is just as receptive to new information whilst we are asleep. In fact, the brain may actually be more efficient during this time as its regular source of external stimulation has been cut off.

This knowledge has been with us for some time but has recently received the support of leading scientist investigating how the brain functions.

So, we ask ourselves, how can we make use of this interesting knowledge? How can I make my own subliminal recording? It occurs to us all, I'm sure, that being able o learn some new skills whilst we sleep would be pretty useful! What better way to make use of this time. And without the strain of studying too!

No matter what your station or occupation, there are opportunities to apply these theories. Language learning immediately springs to mind. The gentle cadences of foreign languages would be readily absorbed subliminally. But equally there many applications for all, ranging from students who have to learn often repetitive information, to those of us who just love learning for it's own sake.

All you need to start learning subliminally is a very simple tape recorder and the subject matter you would like to learn. If you are computer orientated then voice recording can be very simply done. Recite and record the information very slowly and clearly and simply play it back whilst you sleep.

Even better, try to incorporate some music into your recording as this helps the brain. Research suggests that the technique is much more effective with music as many different parts of the brain are engaged.

This process of learning through your own subliminal recordings will, of course, take some time but rewards will be worth it when all are amazed with your new learning! - 31857
